Severe Panic attacks? Seizures ?

I think a doctor would best answer your question. I can imagine your frustration over the issue. when I used to get attacks, I would faint and lose all strength but when I would come to..I always remembered what happened. Yours could be a severe panick attack.. or seizures. But your doctor would tell if you have had an EEG done on your brain.

panic attack!

Without a doubt that was a panic attack! If you're really worried about it talk to your doctor about it. Now about your second question that's an unknown, but some advice for panic attacks, try to roll with it, don't fight them or they'll just get fiestier! If you're in the middle of one try putting your head between your knees and breathing deeply! That usually helps me, or if I can get into fresh air and walk around that helps too!

panic attacks and weight gain

There are other medications where weight gain is less of a side effect.  I've been on most of them and fortunately never experienced the weight gain. So you do have options there, but as for your libido returning I think they all have this side effect.  I'm sure others will jump on with some helpful advice for you, so stay with us.

zoloft starting back on - this time at 25mg.

I actually prefer Zoloft.  Remember, in my opinion, when we start, stop, or adjust dosage of any SSRI, it can put us a little more on edge for a few weeks or so, but as you said, it worked great for you in the past. Also, remember for every horror story you read, there are literally thousands of good stories (like yours) that are out there.  You are already a little nervous about taking it so naturally you are going to focus on any and all side effects.  I believe that many of our concerns are actually experienced, however we tend to sometimes to magnify the problem.  You know what to expect this time around, which should help tremendously this time around!  Keep us posted.

I just needed to get this out...

I am very glad you found this site. There are so many helpful knowledgeable people that are going through the same type of problems and being able to see that you are not alone and have others to talk to is very helpful. I hope with your appt that you are able to find something that can help you, not all meds have side effects and also with most the side effects will subside over time. Its a small price to pay sometimes to be able to get back to living in a world without the constant fear and anxiety. In the meantime make sure you are getting regular exercise, try meditating, breathing exercises, yoga and reading up on mindfulness, and anxiety. There are some amazing books out there. Stick around, this is a very comforting place the days you are feeling alone.

What is this? Dizzyness?

This is a common symptom of anxiety, which doesn't mean it isn't something else, but many of us with anxiety went to emergency rooms only to be told it was vertigo but it wasn't, it was anxiety.

Anger outburst in relation to biopolar

I have bipolar II, but until I was diagnosed I was having frequent anger outbursts, screaming, throwing things, and generally out of control.  Then when I came out of it I would find it hard to believe that I had been like that.  Once i threw a pair of Oakley sunglasses at the kitchen floor so hard they snapped in half!  I would scream sometimes so loudly that my throat would be so sore.   When I started on my meds within a month or two there was a change.  I still get angry, but not nearly as bad or as quick as I would before.  It is a scary anger, and I found before I started getting better I would fly off the handle at nothing!   Is there anything that's changed in your meds or anything like that, are you stressed at the moment, is there anything different in your life? You say you haven't been like this before, have you had angry verbal outbursts at all?  How do you feel on a day to day basis otherwise?
