anneryism or just my anxiety
Ok, well, first of all, quit shaking your head from side to side...all that is going to do is worsen your headache.
Fear of aneurysms are very common with anxiety. I can tell you that the actual occurences or brain aneurysms are pretty uncommon. While I certainly can't guarantee that you DON'T have one...I'd say that most likely you don't.
If the headache persists, it probably wouldn't hurt to be checked out by your doctor anyway, plus it will give you peace of mind that you don't have an aneurysm. After you get the thumbs up from your doc, I think you may want to start addressing your anxiety. Anxiety is very treatable, but left untreated can spiral out of control and really affect your life.
Try to relax, and put a plan together...starting with calling your doc on Monday morning for an appointment. You can then also ask him/her about how to proceed with anxiety treatment. If you can't settle down, then you could always go to the ER where they can rule out any serious problem on the spot. I most certainly don't think that is necessary, but sometimes when the anxiety is overwhelming, an immediate answer helps to ease your worries.
Good luck and let us know the outcome. Read More At : ...
