Help, am I dying??

Hi, I'm 14 years old and recently my household has been shook a little after a serious panic attack my dad had (he suffers from anxiety). Ever since then, I've been getting anxious feelings often and I couldn't sleep well. I'd start thinking that I was sick because of the slightest feeling, whether it was if I coughed or if I felt fatigued. Speaking of which, I am quite fatigued (probably because I've gotten around 5 hrs of sleep for about 5 days) and I also feel nauseous, heart pounding, deep breathing, and dizziness. I've also been burping a lot and have had some dige

where do i find help

Hey, sounds like you have had the worst two years imaginable, so sorry for all your loss, truly I am, it must have been so hard to go through your mothers death on your own, so sorry! Can you not get into a program? Detox centre? Do you not have a good friend who can support you or even stay with a little while? I used to smoke serious amounts of crack too, but I never went cold turkey from it I did the horrendous thing by swapping it for Heroin, big big mistake on my part and I have just broke free from that recently. I've heard the physical side of detox from crack aren't that bad, mainly restlessness and anxiety but the mental side can be quite tough. First off you can do this, it's your choice, nobody can make that choice but you, you have to truly want off you know. Second you must cut all ties with your user friends and dealers, you have to stop associating with them completely and stop going places they go. This one is a must!!! Third,  join your local AA/NA, and or find a counsellor who you can talk too, either one or both of these will be big for you especially if you are alone. Forth, keep posting on here, before you quit, during the detox and after the initial detox period as the support you will find is invaluable and it helps to have people who understand at hand. I wish you all the best in everything, go grab your life back my friend, I will be rooting for you, ;)

I think I am going to die? Is it anxiety? How can I help it?

Try to find a therapist who specializes in anxiety treatment, probably a type called CBT, ASAP before this becomes a chronic way of thinking.  It might be something has happened that is making you insecure or frightened and it might just be your time to get an anxiety disorder.  Your fears are of real things, but you've been alive so far without worrying about it.  If people focused on all the things that can happen all the time nobody would ever move.  So people don't.  You didn't.  That's what you need to change, not life, but the way you're thinking about it.

help plz

Fear of losing someone close to you can really take its toll on any relationship.  How long have you been going to therapy?  It sometimes can take a little while to see progress, but just keep on can only help.  While I am not in your situation, I was really afraid of death for awhile, but realized that it will someday and I have to cherish every moment I have.  I lost my self identity, became depressed, and was so afraid to die that I would not live...I know it may sound a little cliche, but it is true.  Our fears can often overcome our will in some situations. But I believe you are doing the right thing.  Therapy can be a long and arduous process; sometimes you don't realize your making progress when you actually are.  Please keep your questions and concerns coming.  Also, welcome to this forum; you will find a community here that listens, cares, and can really relate to what you are going through.  Please keep us posted.

help for granddaughter

Something, somewhere has scared her.  Have you tried talking to her about this and asking her why she thinks this?  I would get her pediatrician involved and get referred to a child psychologist to nip this in the bud. It sounds like it just consumes her and that's very sad.  This will follow her thru life and even get worse, so early intervention is key. She has developed a fear of abandonement and you need to know why.  I wish you and her all the best and good luck.
