Heavy head, dizziness & achy eyes
You did the right thing, having the tests done to make sure it's nothing more serious. I've gotta tell you that I've had all of the symptoms you've described; I suffered through tingly buzzing feelings, tightness in my head, visual disturbances, and dizziness / lightheadedness for almost a year before figuring out, after many medical tests, that I was suffering from anxiety..And I want you to know that if this does turn out to be a psychological issue, such as Generalized Anxiety disorder, that you'll be able to handle it. With the right approach you can make these problems almost disappear. Granted, you'll have you're good days and you're bad days.
But the important thing is finding a regiment or a way of living that makes you most comfortable. Figure out when you notice your symptoms the least or the most. The one's that make you feel worse, stay away from those. And the ones that make you feel better, nourish those. If exercising makes you feel better, do that. If you have a hobby or a person, who takes your mind off of your symptoms, than embrace that.
I wish you all the best. It's good you found this forum. Keep posting if you need support. Read More At : ...
