Heavy head, dizziness & achy eyes

You did the right thing, having the tests done to make sure it's nothing more serious. I've gotta tell you that I've had all of the symptoms you've described; I suffered through tingly buzzing feelings, tightness in my head, visual disturbances, and dizziness / lightheadedness for almost a year before figuring out, after many medical tests, that I was suffering from anxiety..And I want you to know that if this does turn out to be a psychological issue, such as Generalized Anxiety disorder, that you'll be able to handle it. With the right approach you can make these problems almost disappear. Granted, you'll have you're good days and you're bad days.            But the important thing is finding a regiment or a way of living that makes you most comfortable. Figure out when you notice your symptoms the least or the most. The one's that make you feel worse, stay away from those. And the ones that make you feel better, nourish those. If exercising makes you feel better, do that. If you have a hobby or a person, who takes your mind off of your symptoms, than embrace that.            I wish you all the best. It's good you found this forum. Keep posting if you need support.

on buspar one week for "anti-anxiety" &feels like my bodiess zapping?

Did your Dr do any kind of testing, blood work, temp, blood pressure, checking your ears and sinuses? You may not have anxiety like they keep saying.  If the Buspar is making you feel worse you might want to stop taking it. Of course check with your Dr first. Please know that all meds, even aspirin have side effects. The zaps could be from the Buspar, just maybe a rare side effect.

why do i feel spaced out constantly for 4 months?

Sorry to hear you are having these problems. I am not an expert but it seems to me that your dry heaving triggered anxiety in your system. What you are experiencing is some sort of derealization or depersonalization. This condition, although very uncomfortable and strange, is harmless and does not mean you are suffering from mental illness (although it feels like it). i think you need to trac back to your life just before the dry heaving incident. were you under alot of stress or did you make any life changes before that time? anxiety may have been in the cards for you all along but needed something to trigger the condition. I have found that fighting and thinking about anxiety all the time just fuels the condition even more and it becomes a "worry go round" to deal with. Believe me I know this isnt easy but acceptance to this condition will eventually releave the anxiety and the "funny feelings". I have some information on both conditions that I can send you electronically through an email. if you would PM me your address, I will send them to you. God Bless

head problem...

We can't just jump the gun and say we know it is anxiety. Unless you have a history of anxiety? You can tell us. A bit of background information on any anxiety disorder you may had in the past. Medication you may have been on. Helps build a full picture. Other than that I would suggest the normal hospital tests to rule everything else out first. That is the correct way to go about things. See if there any other causes for how you feel. There is a whole host of tests that they run if you describe to them what you have just wrote for us in your post. Other than that, just let us know if you were ever treated for anxiety in the past. The next person in then may be able to give a better answer.

Dry mouth, dry eyes and pain in throat & glands?

I don't know if it is related to AI or pituitary - but I would ask for a sjogren's evaluation. It is autoimmune and makes you really dry. There is a blood test for the antibody. The pit disorder usually is related to extreme thirst - so drink and pee.

I definitely get that heavy headed feeling with lack of sleep.  It feels like it could be sinus pressure, but it goes away when I get rested.
