I'd talk it over with a school counselor, or a minister, or your parents.  She might be taken away from her abusive parents, but not to another planet -- you two could still find each other.

death sounds beautifully invigorating

I am where you are.  i feel exactly the same as you.  Dying sounds great to me but i get scared before i actually act on it.  Yesterday though, I did act on it.  I almost drove my car off a clif but right before i did i got a call on my cellphone from my friend, and the call made me stop and pull over. RIght here right now, I am telling you DONT kill yourself becuase its not the answer.  Yesterday when someone said that to me I didnt take it to heart becuase I was so set on dying.  Today, I can hear that and understand.  Your not in your right state of mind right now....dont do anything you cant take back.  You dont know whats coming...tomorrow you may meet your soulmate..tomorrow maybe youll see a friend or just just dont know what could be coming your way and dont give it up.  I know whats its like to not feel loved. I know what its like to want death so much theres not an inch of love in my heart...but right now im telling you theres hope.  Just becuase i am still alive right now after what i almost did yesterday proves there is hope.   I care about you...I dont care if ive never met you or talked to you becuase I still care.  You can get help.  Are you in any sort of therapy or on any medications? I know that at times of desperation like this words are hardly comforting.  Just trust me on will regret it if you die.  You wont get married or have wont get to see what the world brings becuase it is always changing.  Dont give up all hope...Trust me good things are bound to come.

Help with a one yr old who cries and screechs all day

Hi there.  This is a sad story.  I feel so sorry, to be honest, for this little boy who is shuffled from place to place.  I am concerned that child care for you involves a three month to seven month old that did not expect constant attention. Babies DO require much care.  If you are overwhelmed because you have other kids in your care, that is understandable.  Not the baby's fault in any way as the baby was being a baby.  So, it was right and appropriate to give up care for the child at that time. It is best to give up the care for the child now as well.  A child I a house where both the partner of the caregiver and the caregiver see him as a burden and 'don't like him' is not a good situation for the child or you.  This child does deserve to be with someone who is loving toward him. It sounds like child care might not be the best fit for you.  I think I'd be honest with the parents and tell them it is in their best interest to find another caregiver for their child.  While that is hard on them, parents DO have to adjust for their children.   And you will be less stressed. This just is not a good situation for anyone at this point.  good luck

39 weeks nd substance abuse

Ive seen women go through this and everything has not been "ok". They don't take kindly to drugs being in the babies system... I am glad that she has sought help and truly hope everything does turn out for the best. whatever that may be. Its great that she got the prenatal care for her and baby! Addiction and recovery is a LONG hard road and the stresses that come with motherhood wont make it easier. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH HER ND BABY!

Good Morning and Welcome to the Forum! It is a little early yet, and not that many folks are around. My experience with Methadone was very short-term, and it was many moons ago, so I cannot share much personal experience. However, I do know several folks on this forum who have had experience with it. If you can hang around, or check back, I am certain you will receive advise and suggestions from those more knowledgable than I am. I answered your post just to let you know that you are not being ignored. Take care and check back.
