I hear yah, everyone hates this stupid anxiety ****, I had some of those symptoms for months too. It was very tough for me, I could not do anything for a while.
Your symptoms are pretty much similar to peoples' who have anxiety. If I were you, i would go see a doctor to get some medications to calm you down first. And then..... if you can get your symptoms under control without taking meds then do that. In the meantime, you should get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, drink alot of water per day (dont drink soda/coffee), dont eat fastfood/cheese (fastfood can trigger anxiety symptoms), exercise if you can.
I have not gotten any of the anxiety symptoms since the day i stopped eating fast food/cheese and drinking soda.
