I have acne vulgaris

My dermatologist recommended me to use cindamicin phosphate at 7.00 am, metronidazole gel USP at 3.00pm and the mixture of tretin A and benzoyl peroxide at night .  How long will it take to see an improvement? Are those combinations safe to use?It's been almost 2 months and can't see big improvement

Also discus the benefits of taking an ani-androgen contraceptive pill such as Diane35 (also called Dianette) as acne is caused by a sensitivity to the effects of androgens (hormones). I dont know if you have heard about accutane/roaccutane, i have read alot about this, it is supposed to be the best acne treatment around, but you can only get this from a dermatologist which your doctor will have to referr you to.
