Lumps on face and neck and occasionally the body

I have red boils/spots that won't squeeze, mostly on my face and neck. They are quite painful. I also occasionally get them elsewhere on my body. They will not heal, regardless of whether I leave them alone.  The only way they will heal is if I look in a magnification mirror so I can see each fine hair follice.  I then get a needle and tweezers and almost perform an operation to get out the tiny white beads that are wrapped around the base of every fine hair follicle. These beads are pin prick size and hard. I don't think they are milia as they don't show on the

I'm freaking out!!!! Is this something serious?

Are you being treated for your anxiety? If not, please speak with your doctor about medications that will help you and request a referral to a good therapist. The medications will help you in the short term, but they are not a cure for what ails you. Long term relief from your health anxiety can be achieved by finding the root cause of your anxiety and dealing with it. Health anxiety, or hypochondria, is very common. It's also exhausting and can be extremely expensive. I strongly urge you to seek therapy. If you had a CT scan of your brain and neurological testing, you can rule out MS. But with hypochondria, you'll just find another disease to fit your symptoms. PLEASE stop looking up symptoms on the internet which does NOTHING but exacerbate your anxiety. Talk with your doctor. Help!

It sounds like you have a problem with your cervical spine (neck).  I have two herniated disks in my neck and it crunches and cracks.  This can also cause the numbness in the arms and hands.  You are kind of young for this.  Did you have an accident, or fall, or do you do sports? Go to an orthopedic doctor and he will take an x-ray or mri of your neck.  Do it soon.
