What is causing this? Please help

Forgot to add - I also suffer from regular headaches, at one point they were daily, but they are now about 3-4 times a week. I also get a migraine at least once a month. The headaches go with painkillers, but migraines take longer. I have asthma, and over the past few months I have felt this has gotten worse, and I now use my inhalers much more. My eyesight deteriorated quite quickly too. I had an eye test earlier this year and was told to wear glasses to read/drive. I didn't feel I needed to. Over the past month or so, it has gotten worse and now I have to wear glasses. Could this be a sign of a brain tumour, maybe spread to my back?

How to solve the neck and shoulder pain

Well laying in bed looking up at your T.V. with no support can strain the muscles in your neck. If it is effecting you daily life then I would suggest you go see your family doctor who may refer you to a specialist. Given the accident you were involved in there may be something going on there too that was maybe missed the first time around. In the mean time you may benefit for taking some Aleve which is a very effective over the counter anti inflammatory medication. Rotate ice and heat so long as they don't make tings worse. Good luck.

Car accident, left leg weak, current MRI no disc buldge.

Yeah, they are probably thinking he is 27, looks fine, nothing's wrong.   How far apart were the MRIs?  It definitely sounds like a disc problem.  You have seen your family physician and a Neurologist?  Still going to the chiropractor?

Car accident 4 days after giving birth and losing my mind.

I am so sorry you are having these troubles. Have you spoken to anyone about them, as in a doctor or therapist?  I really think you should. You are having rational fears, we all fear that especially once we become a parent. The fear of leaving our children and you had a scary event that has brought out that part of the panic for you. There are many ways to treat it and to make you enjoy yourself again but you really do need to reach our to a doctor and find a therapist that you can trust. They can give you techniques to help you to deal with it.

Auto Accident back/neck pain Frequent Urination

From what I understand if you are having frequent urination problems it is going to be an issue with your bladder muscle or the connection between your brain and bladder muscle. I know this for I no longer have the use of my bladder and have incontinence issues which I don't even like to speak of on a forum. The nerve which controls your bladder comes out of your L5/S1 area and if you have somehow done something to your L5 disc then there is a good possibility that it is pinching your S1nerve. Anyway, to me it sounds like you need an MRI and a Urodynamics test to at least find out what is going on. Unfortunatly there is not much that can be done for this problem (at least that is what a Urologist told me). If it is a herniated/slipped disc I would try bedrest for a while and hope that a possible herniation would lessen. The body is an incredible machine that can repair itself with rest so don't get all worried about what I posted because everyone is different and being positive goes a long way. Good luck !

Bad car accident and whiplash?

Yes, these sound like whiplash injury. Your head weighs about 12 pounds -- like a bowling ball. Imagine whipping a bowling ball around. Your arm and shoulder would be sore for weeks. This is what whiplash is like for the neck and shoulder muscles. Continue to follow up with your doctor. Ice is very helpful in reducing pain during inflammation, and an NSAID like ibuprofen can also help. (Always take with food). Support your neck with a rolled up pillow or towel while laying down. Sometimes a soft collar support can help until inflammation is reduced. Symptoms should subside within a week or two, but if not, follow up with your doc who may order MRI films for diagnosis of further injury.
